name is: Chris Cognac

I'm
a detective for a South Bay police department, specializing
(on this site) in reviewing / investigating hole-in-the-wall
restaurants. I sometimes fly
OVER L.A. scouting out eating establishments. I am also
a food columnist for the Daily Breeze newspaper in Los Angeles
California. I write a column called the Culinary Detective,
because, as I stated above - I am also a Police Detective
and everybody knows that cops always know the best places
to eat!

Thought
I would show you (graphically) what I do for a living! I thought
this was cool that the MD Helicopters put us on their web
site....I am the guy you'll see in the chopper- whenever a
'nightime' shot appears within the webpage link below. I am
the one who sits on the right side of the cockpit, behind
